Kirk Burgers Recipe


The burgers that started it all. These things not only set me on the path of cooking at home but set my post high school friend group on the path of gaining weight. Freshman 15 turned into junior 100 fast!

Try these bad boys in your kitchen.

Kirk burgers

Large package of ground beef/turkey

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon creole

1/2 tablespoon old bay

1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire

1 tablespoon soy sauce
Add all ingredients to large bowl, using hands mix thoroughly and form patties from golf ball sized meat balls

Toss patties on grill or slap in a skillet on medium high heat

Cook on one side until juices run out the top of the patty then flip

Cook on second side until juices run clear, periodically checking for any burning

After juices run clear flip to original side and add cheese. *Kirk recommends using cheddar, pepper jack, muenster, swiss or any combo*

Once cheese is melted remove from heat and serve with curly fry garnish
